The ZUUS Pro 50mm, our best selling wheelset, gives an ideal trade-off between the aerodynamics of deeper wheels, and the stability in windy conditions offer by shallower rims, such as the ZUUS Pro 38mm.
Road Racing
The ZUUS Pro 50mm is a superb wheel for hilly races and attack sprinting. The medium rim depth gives stable handling, and incredible aerodynamic advantage.
Triathlon
For high level triathlon racing we recommend higher rims depths such as the ZUUS Pro 60mm, but if you're looking for a wheelset offering more stability in windy conditions, the 50mm is a great choice.
Recreation
The ZUUS Pro 50mm is a great recreational wheelset, for those looking for the optimum trade off between lateral responsiveness, and aerodynamics.
*** The Pro 50mm lacks some of the aerodynamic advantage of our deeper rims. If you would be willing to compromise a bit of stability in windy conditions, you might prefer the ZUUS Pro 60mm which is a serious race wheel.
