The ZUUS Pro 38mm is ideal for climbing, and for stability in high wind conditions.
Road Racing
The ZUUS Pro 38mm is a superb wheel for hilly races and attack sprinting. The lower rim depth gives incredibly stable handling, keeping things safe when riding in a peloton.
Triathlon
For high level triathlon racing we recommend a greater rim depth like the ZUUS Pro 60mm, but if you're looking for a wheelset for very windy conditions, the Zuus Pro 38mm is a great choice. Choose this wheelset if you're looking for an ultra stable, lightweight wheelset for windy days or courses with significant climbing.
Recreation
The Zuus Pro 38mm is the ideal recreational wheelset for those who prefer a little more lateral responsiveness, and wish to steer clear of the nerve shattering wobbles which can occur with deeper rims in windy conditions.
*** Being the shallowest rim in our range, the pro 38mm lacks some of the aerodynamic advantage of our deeper rims. If you would be willing to compromise a bit of stability in windy conditions, you might prefer our most popular wheelset, the ZUUS Pro 50mm, which offers a good compromise between all out speed and stability.

Our 2018 hubs are our best yet. Lightweight alloy casing, 7075-T6 axles. Treble pawl silky smooth free hub body. Straight pull spokes. Japanese oversized E20 stainless steel bearings. These hubs are fully serviceable with just two 5mm Allen keys.
