If you have a genuine warranty claim please email us on sales@zuus-sports.com and we will send you a warranty return form. We address all warranty issues arising within a 24 months of purchase, and always respond within two business days.
Please note we are very good on warranties but it must be a manufacturers defect and simply not just wear and tear. Spokes and free hub bodies over six months old we will consider as wear and tear.
All warranty decisions are accessed only when we receive the wheels back, we do not cover return postage. To speed up the process please fill in the warranty form.
Please note the warranty does not cover wear and tear issues such as free hub body failure, broken spokes, buckled wheels and rim fracture around the nipples (which is invariably a result of impact damage); nor is premature bearing wear covered: ZUUS Sports does not cover the cost of return postage.
